PaperTrail is built to keep scans on your iPhone or iPad. Scanning, text recognition, and PDF creation happen on your device.

The app does not require an account. It does not include advertising networks or analytics that profile you.

If you share a document through Mail, Files, AirDrop, or another app, that share happens through the tools you choose. PaperTrail does not upload your library to a PaperTrail server.
